Alison works in a variety of media including sculpture, ceramic, and paper collage. When it comes to clay, their interest lies in both the functional and sculptural - you are likely to find them throwing pots or hanging out in the handbuilding studio on any given day. “Clay is healing and fun, simple yet profound… I find so much joy in the process of creating with this medium. Grimm completed their BA in Sculpture from the University of Puget Sound (2012), and MFA in Sculpture from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan (2018).
