Independent Study
Independent Study
Instructor: Becca Headline • Wednesdays • 10:00AM - 1:00PM • September 18th - November 20th • Intermediate / Advanced • Adult (18 years+).
This course is unlike any other at Pottery Northwest. Students will have use of both the wheel and handbuilding studios for the quarter and can be as self-guided as they wish. The instructor will be there to provide hands-on mentoring and training in alignment with the students' goals. Projects will be assigned to those who wish to have additional prompts, and there will be advanced tutorials in technique and equipment usage. Overall, however, students will be invited and encouraged to pursue their own creative goals in alignment with their ceramics practice.
This is a class for Intermediate and advanced practitioners. It is a great option for those who wish to go into open studio practice but still want the option of an instructor to bounce ideas off of or provide demonstrations.

On the first day of class, late arrivals beyond 15 minutes after the class start time will not be permitted to join.
