Join us for a very special visiting artist workshop with Aisha Harrison. Harrison specializes in work that combines figurative elements with elements from the natural world for the purpose of storytelling and identity making. In her in a three-hour workshop, she will bring this expertise to the studio where participants will journey within themselves to explore metaphorical and symbolic elements to expand their practice. Participants can expect to do guided writing, paper sketching and finally some clay "sketching" to model out your ideas as they have developed.  During the last hour, Aisha will meet briefly with each participant to talk about the process and where their work might go in the future.
