Our studio manager, Taylor Callaway, will lead participants through how to choose a glaze, how to prep your pot and finally, how to glaze your work. Our techs will run a final glaze fire so that your pots are ready for their trees in session 3.
Session 3: Saturday, February 8th, 12:00PM - 3:00PM

In the fresh woodsy air of Pacific Bonsai Museum, your Bonsai teacher, Cory Sutton, will lead you on a short tour of the Museum’s world-class bonsai collection for inspiration. Then, you will learn how to work your scissor magic to turn a small tree into an artful abstraction of nature. Finally, you’ll secure your tree in your own pot, fill around its roots with special bonsai soil, and then admire your bonsai as a work of art.
