Shaping Style: Next Level Handbuilding
Shaping Style: Next Level Handbuilding
Instructor: Hanako O'Leary • Tuesday • 6:00PM - 9:00PM • January 14th - March 18th • Next Level • Adult (18 years+).
This is a handbuilding class for those who are looking to hone their skills into a specific handbuilding style. Building on a knowledge of the basics, we will go over how to make larger and or more intricate hand building projects using the techniques of slab, coil, and pinch. By the end of class, each student should have their own project and preferred building style.
I like to teach by leading with instruction, but then letting each student explore their own creativity. Each of you will be guided and encouraged to explore your own personal styles as we move through the more advanced forms. Individuality is highly encouraged!
This is a Next-Level Class. Prior clay experience is recommended.
