Sierra Bundy

An Oakland, CA native, Sierra Bundy is a self-taught multimedia artist with a current concentration in ceramics and paper crafts. Works include conceptual sculpture, functional serveware and vessels, paper collages, linoleum prints, and greeting cards. Sierra's ceramic work focuses on organic shapes and the natural transition from earthen materials to human form and function. Drawing from influences such as Betye Saar and Nina Chanel, their work has an emphasis on the silly and supernatural sides of life with a central theme of relatability. Sierra currently lives in Seattle, WA and works as a ceramics teacher and studio apprentice.
