Jai Sallay-Carrington is a figurative ceramic sculptor exploring identity, gender, sexuality, and desire through anthropomorphic forms. Their work centers and celebrates 2SLGBTQIA+ communities while challenging dominant cultural norms. Genderfull is from the Trans Passions series, wherein Sallay-Carrington took inspiration from trans individuals and their specific stories.

This sculpture, Genderfull, is based on Allium, who has a passion for documenting their community, capturing those seemingly mundane moments in life, making those moments special.
